Resolving issues related to Microsoft Teams parent email accounts:

If you checked your email and do not have a Microsoft Teams email invitation.

  • Ask the teacher to remove and re-add you as a member of the Microsoft team. This operation will generate an email.

If you forgot your password you can get a one-time passcode sent to your email. You will see this option when you sign in to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft has detected you have an active account.

You signed in to Microsoft but do not see you are part of a Microsoft Team in "DC K12 Cloud".

  • Click on your Circle Profile icon.

  • At the bottom under "Accounts and Orgs" make sure that "DC K12 Cloud (Guest)" is selected.

GOOGLE AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNTS ARE NOW ONE AND THE SAME.

All students at Sutherlin School District will have access to Google Education products and Microsoft Products.

STUDENT ONLINE WEB FILTERING

Sutherlin School District adheres to CIPA requirements. All Sutherlin School District Chromebooks and student accounts are monitored by Hapara/Deledao web filter.
