Did you know that a pre-teen and teen's brain is different from yours? Certain communication styles can help your child control their emotions and behaviors. Knowing your limits and calming strategies will help you stay balanced and act as a role model for your children. Come and learn with us!
This program will be taught by a facilitator trained to teach this evidence-based program. You will get an incentive for coming and a certificate of completion. This course is being offered through Take Root Connections.

11/23 no class- Thanksgiving break
