Wrestling Schedule Change: SMS Boys and Girls Wrestling at Coquille, scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, 11/29, has been moved to Thursday, 11/30, at Coquille High School beginning at 4:30.
Veterans Day, formerly Armistice Day, was initially set as a U.S. legal holiday to honor the end of World War I, which officially took place on November 11, 1918. In 1938, through an act of Congress, November 11th was made a legal holiday.

The Sutherlin Firefighter’s Association, Sutherlin School District, and Sutherlin Lions Club Christmas Assistance Program is open and taking applications. Printed applications are available at all the schools and the district office.
